💳 Payment Policy for Online & In‑Store Orders

- Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE
- Bank transfer (for bulk or B2B orders)
🔐 Payment Process
All payments are securely processed using encrypted gateways. For online orders, payment is charged at checkout. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery. We do not store card details for customers.
💱 Currency
All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
⚠️ Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please verify your card details or try another method. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
📄 Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are issued according to our Refund Policy. Disputes related to payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
