Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Shipping Cost
Orders above AED 100 qualify for free local delivery.
Orders below AED 100 are charged a flat shipping fee of AED 20 across the UAE.

Shipping Time
Delivery within 1–3 business days across the UAE.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST (UTC+4) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
AL BARASHI MOBILES PHONE TRADING LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
